Join us for Löyly: The Spirit of Sauna, an intentional women’s-only event at Little Schvitz.
We are bringing the Finnish tradition, where the steam is seen as the soul and breath of the sauna, to Detroit for one night of deep relaxation and ritual.

An artist, breathwork guide and Kafetzou (traditional Greek coffee reading), Tina of Creative Creatrix blends art and healing to reignite, or find, your inner creative. A steady, calm, encouraging presence, Tina designs beautiful, intentional experiences to reconnect to ourselves.
After immigrating at a young age, Mia would return to Finland in the summer to spend time with family and of course…sauna. Pelvic floor PT and sauna devotee, Mia channels her passion for women's health and Finnish folklore into education and community.
